Privacy Policy
Updated 11 October 2026. This policy is for workers, guests, and Google Play reviewers.
Who we are
TaskSpire is the Android and web application identified as com.taskforce.workforce. It lets adults complete micro-tasks and request a payout only after client funds have cleared.
TaskSpire is for people 18 and older. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has created an account, email privacy@jointaskspire.com and we will delete it.
Data we collect
- Account email, display name, and a bcrypt hash of the password. We do not store the password itself.
- Payout account method, account number or wallet address, and account title, so a withdrawal can be paid. These details are visible to you and to admins who process payouts. They are not published in chat.
- Task logs: the tasks you start and submit, session timing, completion counts, level, quality score, and streak.
- Audio you choose to submit on an audio task, including its duration.
- Chat text and images you send, plus reports and blocks.
- The IP address of a task run, used to enforce one run per account and one account per IP on that task.
- Ledger lines in integer cents. After account deletion those lines stay without your email so the books remain auditable.
- A face photo you submit for payout verification. The file is stored privately, stripped of camera metadata, and shown only to you and to an admin reviewer.
Data sharing
We collaborate with verified third-party research and offer partners (such as BitLabs and CPALead) to deliver interactive surveys and task opportunities. These partners may process non-sensitive device identifiers and IP addresses solely for task verification and fraud prevention.
Permissions and hardware
- Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO). Used only while you submit an audio-recording task you chose to start. The app does not record in the background.
- Network and network state. Used to reach the Taskforce API, load tasks, and open an offerwall you request.
- Vibration. Used for a short haptic tap when a reward is claimed. The app does not read sensor data.
Offerwalls and other services
If you open BitLabs or CPALead, that network loads inside the app and receives your Taskforce user id as the offerwall uid or subid. BitLabs and CPALead collect survey and device data under their own policies. Taskforce credits pending escrow from their signed callbacks. We do not sell your payout account to those networks.
The Android package does not embed a separate advertising SDK beyond those offerwall pages.
Fraud prevention
A task allows one run for your account and rejects a second account on the same IP for that task. A submission faster than 5 seconds is rejected. Audio shorter than 3 seconds is rejected. Mutating requests carry a single-use nonce and a timestamp so a captured request cannot be replayed.
How long we keep data
Account data stays while the account is active. When you delete the account, email, display name, password, payout details, chat text, and stored IP addresses are removed or anonymized. Open cashouts are cancelled. Ledger rows stay on an anonymized id so the books remain balanced. A deletion count record remains without your email or IP address.
Contact
Support and the data protection contact use the same address: privacy@jointaskspire.com. To delete an account in the product, use the account deletion page.
